Our Wedding

We first knew of each other back in high school, but it wasn’t until after graduating from Clemson in 2020 and moving back home that our paths crossed again in a meaningful way. In early 2021, we reconnected at a mutual friend’s house, and from that day forward, we’ve been inseparable. When the proposal day arrived, we were at the beach for a friend’s baby shower and spending the weekend with family. After the shower, part of the group went to Top Golf while the others went shopping, and everything felt like a normal, fun weekend together. That changed the moment we walked back into the house and saw the knowing smiles from family members. Looking outside, we noticed roses, balloons, and the top of a sign down by the dock—just enough to realize what was happening. Down the dock were roses everywhere, a beautiful setup with a “Will you marry me?” backdrop, a photographer ready to capture it all, and of course, our dogs—because it wouldn’t be us without them. Our families and closest friends were gathered on the porch, watching and waiting to celebrate with us. It was the perfect moment, surrounded by the people (and pets!) who mean the most to us, marking the beginning of our forever.

Is there a Welcome Party? Please join us for the Welcome Celebration at the Abaco Beach Resort at the Below Deck Terrace on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 6:00 PM. What time should I arrive?The ceremony will be located at the Abaco Beach Resort on the Great Lawn at 5:00 PM. Please arrive by 4:45 PM to get seated. What is the dress code?Please were Colorful Cocktail Attire to celebrate the joining of our families at the Abaco Beach Resort. Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?Yes! The Reception will start following the ceremony at the Abaco Beach Resort on the Beach. What will the weather be like?May in Marsh Harbour is warm, sunny, and beautifully tropical. Guests can expect daytime temperatures in the mid-80s°F (around 30°C) with gentle island breezes and evenings cooling into the low-70s°F (22–23°C). Getting to Abaco Beach Resort is easy and convenient from the United States.
